How long will it take?
Typically pieces take up to 6 weeks from the date your payment or deposit has been received. However, each piece is different and the timeline will depend on your specific design or If you would like your piece to be customised. For bespoke pieces the timeline can depend on how many changes are made along the way and the rarity of the gemstone you would like us to source.
How do I find my ring size?
If you are able to we recommend getting professionally sized at your local jeweller. Alternatively, we can send you out a complimentary ring sizer in the post. You can view our ring size chart here. We always suggest finding as close to your ring size as you possibly can. If you are buying for someone else and this is not possible, we do offer a resize service ~ for more info visit our services page.
Can I provide gemstones?
It is an incredible honour to create pieces with special heirloom gemstones. Our ability to use your gemstones depends on the gemstone type, cut and size. Please get in touch if you would like to explore the possibilities for your gemstones.
Can I provide metals?
unfortunately we are not able re-purpose supplied metals. While our pieces are made from 100% recycled metals, they are professionally cast and have strict quality controls for the metal mix.
Can I try pieces on?
We don’t currently have any physical retail stores. However if you live locally we are more than happy to organise a consultation for you to try on pieces and discuss which designs you are interested in. As each piece is made to order we don’t carry a large amount of stock, be sure to reach out and we can let you know which pieces we have on hand for you to try on.
Do you offer international shipping?
We offer international shipping world wide. If you would like international shipping quotes or insurance please get in touch with your shipping address and we can provide a quote for you.
I live interstate/international ~ Can I create a bespoke or custom piece?
We have worked with clients across the globe for more than 10 years and offer consultations over email, zoom or phone. We work closely with you each step of the way to ensure that your design best fits your unique vision.
Are your gemstones and metals ethical?
All our pieces are cast professionally using 100% recycled materials at our local casting house here in Melbourne, Australia. We have long standing relationships with trusted local suppliers who can ensure both the integrity and ethics of their gemstones. We source Australian gemstones wherever possible and all our diamonds over 0.5ct include certification detailing the specifications of your gemstones. How do I make an appointment for a bepsoke piece?

Do you make different types of jewellery?
We have a full range of pieces in our offerings. We can create any jewellery piece you would like through our bespoke service, including earrings, pendants & necklaces. If you would like something in particular please reach out - we would love to discuss your design ideas.
