How long will it take?
All made-to-order pieces will take 4-6 weeks to handcraft.

How do I find my ring size?
We can send you out a complimentary ring sizer.  Alternatively you can visit a local jeweller to have your fingers sized.

Can I provide gemstones?

We often use heirloom stones through our bespoke service.  Our ability to use your gemstones does depend on the stone type and setting.  We prefer not to accept purchased uncertified gemstones as we cannot guarantee their ethics or quality. For more information please get in touch.

Can I supply my own metals?

Unfortunately no.  We have our metals cast by a third party, who cannot accept provided metals due to their strict quality guidelines.  They do however use 100% recycled metals.

I want to create a bespoke piece, where should I start?

Why is my piece tarnished and how do I fix this?
While we guarantee the quality of our metals, tarnishing can happen.  It is often a result of your skin’s natural pH balance or can be due to the environment your piece has been stored in. No need to worry – it can be fixed! To remove the tarnish, we recommend soaking your piece in a mixture of warm soapy water for 20 minutes then using the provided  cloth to polish your piece. Very gentle brushing with a soft toothbrush can also assist with additional build up around stones.

Will my ring look like the pictures?
All our pieces are hand made, therefore each piece will have its own textures, making no two the same. Raw stones will vary in their organic shapes and cut stones will have their own colouring characteristics. We believe that having
