BESPOKE
Creating a truly unique experience for our customers through our bespoke service is perhaps one of our favourite places for inspiration. This service allows us to collaborate with you in creating one-off pieces that fit your personal vision.

THE COLLABORATION PROCESS
We begin the journey by discussing your ideas and collecting reference images that connect with your concept. If you would like to discuss your design in detail we offer virtual and phone consultations.

Based off your design and budget we then create a personalised gemstone selection for you to choose from.

Once you have selected your gemstone, we get to work on creating a wax carving of your special piece. We will send you progress updates on your design with videos and images. From here you can make any final adjustments before we send it off to be cast in gold.

HEIRLOOM GEMSTONES
One thing we have the privilege of participating in is re-setting heirloom stones into new bespoke pieces. If you have gemstones you would like to re-set, please reach out and we can discuss your options. Our ability to use personal gemstones does depend on the stone size, type and setting style.

METALS
We offer our bespoke pieces in 9ct, 14ct & 18ct yellow gold, rose gold & white gold. All our jewellery is professionally cast in Melbourne using 100% recycled metals. As we have our pieces professionally cast, we are not able to accept any supplied metals due to strict quality controls.

RING SIZE
If you are unsure about your ring size, we can send you a complimentary ring sizer. Alternatively you can visit a local jeweller to have your fingers properly sized.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Our custom pieces generally take 4-6 weeks to complete from initial deposit. The time frame will be dependent on the gemstone sourcing process, possible design changes and third party casting houses.

As the price of each piece can vary greatly, the best starting point is knowing your budget, ring size, metal type, desired gemstones and design ideas. We can give you a price estimate for the type of ring you are interested in and let you know what is possible or discuss different options with you.
